Home-fragrance company Illume taps new president

MINNEAPOLIS — Illume has promoted Kimberly Mokosso, formerly EVP of sales and marketing, to president of the company.

“Kim has been instrumental in the company’s overwhelming success, and we couldn’t be more confident or excited about promoting her to this integral position,” said Lee Wang, president of Creative Co-op and board member of Regent Holding. “We appreciate all that Kim has done for Illume and all that she continues to have to offer.”

With more than 20 years of experience in the CPG and Gift arena, Mokosso’s strategic and visionary leadership is credited as having been “foundational to Illume’s growth.” She joined the company in 2007 and has since held various key leadership positions. Mokosso graduated from Metropolitan State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to lead Illume and its dynamic team. As a long-time employee, I’m invested and committed to using my established relationships to drive necessary change and develop key areas within the organization,” said Mokosso. “I’m excited to enhance the already-successful product assortment by supporting it in new ways.”
