Hormel’s new commercial retail team will focus on growing private-label brands

AUSTIN, Minn. — Hormel Foods has a new commercial retail team dedicated to helping its partners grow their private label brand strategies.

Formerly called the corporate brands team, “the new name really describes what this group is all about,” said Mark Nellermoe, general manager of specialty products at Hormel Foods. “We have many iconic brands at Hormel Foods and our retail partners can profit from our knowledge and experience to help grow their sales.”

The team also launched a dedicated website at www.hormelcommercialretail.com, which can also be accessed at www.hormelspecialtyproducts.com.
