Zulily launches private-label credit card

SEATTLE — Online retailer Zulily has teamed up with Synchrony Financial to launch its first own brand credit card. The private label credit card program will give Zulily customers a chance to make purchases from a daily assortment of more than 100 events and 9,000 styles. Benefits of the card include Smart-pay, which offers approved cardholders flexibility to pay for items in three monthly installments.

The launch comes ahead of the holiday shopping season. Anyone who signs up for the private label credit card via a special Facebook post and associated link from now through 11:59 p.m. PT Sept. 22 will receive free shipping for a year.
